One thing that you should know is that plants are great way to add life to your home. They always bring freshness and beauty to the space that nothing else can provide. Yet it can be challenging to care for the plants. Here are some of the tips that will help you in identifying some of the easiest plants to keep alive and can be good for your home.

One of the plants is succulents. It is essential to note that succulents don’t require much light. Besides, they do not need full sun and much water. You should know that these are desert plants that when you overwater them they will die.

The next one is orchids. These are flowers that grow attached to trees. As this shows that they like shade. These are plants that you can water once or twice a week, and they will be fine.

You can also choose asparagus plant. I can say that is the fluffy plant that can tolerate more abuse than many plants. You will only have to keep the soil moist and asparagus will easily adapt to both brighter and darker parts of your home.

The next plant is African violet. This is one of the most popular houseplants in the world. It is essential to note that it blooms several times a year and for it to thrive it will require moisture and a little indirect sunlight.

Also, we have aloe. You find that this plant has spiky leaves and it can happily leave by your bedside or on your office desk. It only needs indirect sunlight and a good soak every couple of weeks.

You can also plant bromeliad. You should be aware that it is a member of Bromeliaceae. Besides, it produce side shoots called pups that will replace the original plant. One good thing with this plant is that it can last for a long time and survive best in a temperature of around 70 degrees.

Apart from that, we have philodendron. You should know that this is one of the appealing plants that are part of large-leafed species that typically grows in Mexico, Brazil and West Indies. Besides, it prefers low light and very little moisture.

The other type is a cast-iron plant. This is a sturdy plant that likes low light, poor-quality soil, a wide range of temperatures and only need water occasionally. Also, its foliage can grow up to 2 feet high, and it has dark leaves.

Last but not least, we have pothos. It is essential to note that this is an indoor plant that can absorb and strip toxins from the elements in your home. Besides, it is great for hanging baskets or for climbing a trellis. It can thrive in a wide range of lighting conditions and require less moisture.
